The Product
One vial. Nothing held over.
Every box contains a single vial and a single dose. There is no larger format, no multi-use bottle waiting in a refrigerator between clients, and nothing to portion out by eye.
The powder is freeze-dried and sealed under a crimped cap. Dry, it holds at ambient temperature — no refrigeration, no cold-chain shipping, no inspecting a courier’s ice pack on arrival. Water is what makes an exosome preparation delicate, so the water is taken out at the factory and added back by you, at the last possible moment.
The directions are on a brushed stainless steel card seated in the tray beside the vial. Paper leaflets leave with the packaging. A steel card tends to stay on the counter.

The powder is reconstituted with 3 mL of sterile water or saline immediately before application, so the product is prepared fresh for each treatment rather than sitting pre-mixed on a shelf.

The Science
Engineered, not harvested.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — particles roughly 50 to 150 nanometres across, released by cells, carrying lipids, proteins and nucleic acids. They are one of the ways cells pass material to one another.
Most exosome cosmetics use natural vesicles, collected from mesenchymal stem cells, plants or milk. What you get is whatever the donor material happened to produce that day. Formula 1900 takes the other route: engineered extracellular vesicles, produced by a defined, characterized HEK293 cell line under a quality system built to cGMP expectations.
That is why the ingredient list names them exactly — r-Human Embryonic Kidney 293 Cell Extracellular Vesicles — rather than calling them a complex, a blend or a proprietary matrix. A defined cell line is a specification you can hold a batch against.
The vesicles are produced on the TAXY™ engineered-EV platform developed by TheraXyte Bioscience, whose high-yield ExoBoost™ cell line is the subject of an international patent application. Purification has been developed and validated across multiple batches at production scale.

Who is this for?
Skincare professionals. Formula 1900 is labelled for professional topical use, supplied to licensed practitioners and authorized distributors, and it assumes the person opening the box knows what they are doing. Read the steel card in full before the first vial.
Can it be injected?
No, and this is the one answer we would ask you not to skim. Formula 1900 is a topical cosmetic and is labelled not for injection. It goes on the surface of intact skin. Nothing about the format, the packaging or the price changes that.
What is actually in the vial?
190 billion engineered extracellular vesicles produced by a defined HEK293 cell line, in a base of sugars and buffer salts — mannitol, trehalose, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, potassium phosphate monobasic and potassium chloride. That is the complete list. There is no proprietary complex hiding at the end of it.
What am I paying for?
A defined, characterized cell line rather than pooled donor material; batch testing for particle count, identity, purity and sterility; and a single-dose presentation that lets you use the whole vial rather than guessing how long an opened bottle stays good. It is a deliberately expensive way to make a cosmetic ingredient, and the alternative is not knowing what is in the bottle.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. The sealed vial sits at ambient temperature, which is the entire point of the freeze-dried format. Once reconstituted it is intended for immediate single use.
What do I reconstitute it with?
3 mL of sterile water or saline. Swirl gently — do not shake hard — until the cake has fully dissolved, then apply.
Can one vial cover two sessions?
No. Each vial is one dose for one client. Anything left after a treatment should be discarded, not stored for later. A reconstituted vial has no preservative system and is not intended to sit.
Is every batch tested?
Yes. Each batch is characterized for particle count, morphology, surface-marker identity, purity and residual DNA, and is tested for sterility, mycoplasma and endotoxin before release.
Where is it made?
Formula 1900 is distributed in the United States by US ExoTech LLC of Lewes, Delaware. Country of origin is stated on the carton of each lot.
What if I need to return it?
Unopened, undamaged boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a vial is opened we cannot take it back, for reasons we hope are obvious.
