Who we are

This website is operated by US ExoTech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. We can be reached at admin@usexotech.net.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.usexotech.net, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the usual boilerplate.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site — a waiting-list registration, an order request or a trade enquiry — we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name and the name of your business or practice
• Your email address and telephone number
• Your professional credential or license details, where you choose to provide them
• A shipping address, when you place an order
• Anything you write in a free-text message field

We ask for a professional credential because Formula 1900 is sold for professional use only. You are not required to give us anything beyond what a form marks as required.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the billing and shipping details needed to fulfil the order. Where you pay by bank transfer, we receive the payment reference from our bank.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information you give us only to do the things you contacted us for:

• To reply to your enquiry
• To tell you when Formula 1900 becomes available, if you joined the waiting list
• To take, fulfil and ship your order, and to handle returns
• To confirm that a purchaser is a professional user, consistent with how the product is sold
• To keep the records we are required by law to keep, including tax and product-safety records
• To contact you if there is a safety matter affecting a product you have bought

We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it. If you join the waiting list, you are asking us to contact you about the product’s release, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying or writing to admin@usexotech.net.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and does not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, pixels or social media trackers. There is nothing here following you around the internet.

The light and dark appearance of this site follows your device setting and can be toggled while you read; that preference is not stored and is not transmitted anywhere.

Note that the third parties described below operate their own services under their own privacy policies, and may set cookies on their own domains when you interact with them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only with the service providers who make the site and the business function, and only to the extent they need it:

• Netlify — hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.
• Formspree — receives form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Stripe — processes card payments. Stripe is the controller of your card data.
• Porkbun — provides our domain registration and email forwarding.
• Shipping carriers — receive the name, address and telephone number needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, including to regulators such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in connection with cosmetic product safety reporting, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Waiting-list registrations are kept until the product is released and you have been contacted, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and product-safety law requires us to keep them, which is generally several years, and we cannot delete those earlier on request.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Give you a copy of it
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it, subject to the record-keeping obligations described above
• Stop contacting you

Write to admin@usexotech.net and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes have these rights by law, together with the right to appeal a refusal and the right not to have personal information sold or shared for targeted advertising. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we have no reason to.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and payments are transmitted over encrypted connections to the providers named above. Access to the email account that receives enquiries is restricted to the members of US ExoTech LLC.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Children

This site sells a product intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be notified to you directly where we hold an address for you.
